More Information.

Good Morning,

Here's some more info about the Station Complex.

The Station opened in 1884.

It actually opened on the 19th of August 1884 when the line went through to Glen Innes.

It closed on the 16th of December 1974.

The Station had 3 different names between 1884 and 1889.

It was Heritage Listed on the 2nd of April 1999.

There was a Super Depot opposite the Station which operated up until sometime in 2002.
This was operated by Incitec, IIRC.
